French Toast

The easiest French Toast recipe you'll find online! Super quick & easy to make, the perfect brunch when you've woken up late on the weekend - topped with anything you can find in your cupboard from Nutella to some Strawberries!

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 6-8 Slices of Brioche Bread
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence in a bowl until fully mixed
  • SSoak the sliced brioche bread into the mixture (you can also use normal bread, but brioche bread adds a great taste and texture!)
  • Lightly butter a pan and turn the stove to medium heat
  • Cook the french toast until golden brown on the bottom
  • Pick up the slice, apply a little more butter to the pan, flip the french toast and cook until both sides are golden brown
  • Plate the french toast and decorate with toppings of your choice. We recommend maple syrup, fresh fruits, powdered sugar and not forgetting chocolate spread!
