Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon powder and vanilla essence in a bowl until fully mixed
SSoak the sliced brioche bread into the mixture (you can also use normal bread, but brioche bread adds a great taste and texture!)
Lightly butter a pan and turn the stove to medium heat
Cook the french toast until golden brown on the bottom
Pick up the slice, apply a little more butter to the pan, flip the french toast and cook until both sides are golden brown
Plate the french toast and decorate with toppings of your choice. We recommend maple syrup, fresh fruits, powdered sugar and not forgetting chocolate spread!
