Start by placing your slab of Feta Cheese into the middle of your baking dish - these usually come in slabs of 200/250g - either will be great. I personally used an 8x12 inch glass baking dish, but any that you have will do - don't worry too much about the size
Place the Tomatos and Garlic around the Feta Cheese, and drizzle with a generous helping of Olive Oil. Sprinkle over some Oregano, Salt and Pepper - feel free to add as little or as much as you like, enough to coat everything will be perfect. Lightly mix together the Tomatos and Garlic so that they're evenly coated in the spices/oil
Place into the oven to bake for 30-35 mins at 200°C
While that's in the oven, cook your desired choice of Pasta using the instructions on the packaging - feel free to increase the serving size if you'd like to feed more mouths. Save a few Tbsp's of the Pasta Water to add into the mixture in the next step
Remove the baking dish from the oven, sprinkle over the Fresh Chopped Basil, another dash of Olive Oil, Crushed Chilli Flakes (to taste) and give it a mix. I also added in a few Tbsp's of the Pasta water, but this is again is completely optional
Pour your pasta over the mixture, adding in a handful of Spinach (if you wish!) and give it a final mix.
Enjoy!
