The Laundromat Cafe, Reykjavik, Iceland

If, like we did, you’ve booked an apartment in Reykjavik rather than a hotel in which you get served breakfast every morning – then you’ll have the tough task of finding yourself somewhere to have breakfast!

The Clean Brunch – Vegetarian

I’d definitely recommend grabbing some cereal, etc. from a local supermarket if you can as it’ll be much cheaper than eating breakfast out!

We were rushing off to an excursion, and needed a quick breakfast fix – and ended up stumbling upon this cool diner in the middle of the main tourist area.

What you see pictured, is the ‘Clean Brunch’.

Consisted of: Scrambled Eggs, Fried Potatoes, Hummus, Pancakes, Greek Yoghurt with Muesli, Brie, Grilled Tomato, Salad, Fresh Fruit and a shot of Mango+Ginger juice!

Great, right? Well yes, it tasted great, but at a price of 139Kr which at the time was a very expensive breakfast, however at the current rate that’s just under £15, which is still pretty pricey – but once you visit and realise just how experience everythingin the city is, then you’ll realise that £15 for breakfast is a bargain!
