Mix together all of the ingredients for the chicken marinate with the chicken strips and leave to marinade in the fridge for 30 mins
Prepare the sauce by mixing together all of the ingredients
Mix together the plain flour, salt & pepper into a bowl
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl
Crush a bowl of Cornflakes into small pieces
Dip the chicken strips into the egg, then flour, egg again, and finally coat in crushed cornflakes
Fry at low-medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked inside and golden brown in colour, turning the strips every few minutes to ensure they’re cooked evenly throughout
Serve with some chips & enjoy!!
