Cornflake Fried Chicken
Restrictions are back in place – and you can no longer go out and grab food after 10pm *cries internally*
BUT… *drumroll*… with my super easy and super quick fried chicken recipe, next time you’ve got the munchies – you can be enjoying some delicious fried chicken in the comfort of your home in no time!
The Cornflake batter gives it a nice crunch, and the sauce is so good you’ll want to make lots to have with other dishes too! (those of you who have tried my dynamite chicken/shrimp recipe will recognise the sauce recipe – it’s pretty similar!)
I’ve also got a quick 1-min video tutorial of the recipe up on my website, so do check that out too as it may be easier to follow – https://www.instagram.com/p/CAiR9cxgwLi/
P.S. You can always scale up if you want to make more!
